2.1 WHAT IS PERSONAL INFORMATION

The kind of personal information that we collect from you will depend on how you use the website. When you apply for a position through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, email address, phone number, and resume. We refer to this information as “Candidate Information.”

Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. For example, we use Google Analytics to help us understand how our clients and candidates use the Site. As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you.

3.1 YOUR RIGHTS UNDER THE LEGISLATIONS
Under the Australian Privacy Principle, you are permitted to obtain access to the Personal Information we hold about you in certain circumstances. You are also allowed to correct any Personal Information that is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, irrelevant or misleading, subject to certain exceptions. It is not possible to identify each and every country to which your Personal Information may be sent. If your Personal Information is sent to a recipient in a country with data protection laws which are at least substantially similar to the Australian Privacy Principles, and where there are mechanisms available to you to enforce protection of your Personal Information under that overseas law, we will not be liable for a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles if your Personal Information is mishandled in that jurisdiction. In some circumstances, the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) provides additional protection to individuals located in Europe. The fact that you may be located in Europe does not, however, on its own entitle you to protection under the GDPR. Our website does not specifically target customers located in the European Union and we do not monitor the behaviour of individuals in the European Union, and accordingly the GDPR does not apply.

3.4 DATA RETENTION
When you register or apply to a position through the Site, we will maintain your Candidate Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
