Day-to-day, your role will include, but not be limited to:

  • Plan and Implement a lean UX Testing stream. Recruiting customers in order to test design concepts before development – validating ideas and identifying usability issues sharing actionable insights with the wider project teams.
  • Develop a phased Research Framework to build organisational capacity for regular-ongoing usability testing, customer interviews and discovery research.
  • Design and implement quantitative & qualitative studies throughout the customer lifecycle and support product teams. 
  • Map the end-to-end customer journey pinpointing customer needs, expectation and pain points providing a roadmap of product improvement and innovation opportunities.
  • Continue to optimise the business & wider design teams research ability through training and development
  • Service design experience a plus
