To be successful in this role

• In depth understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle, coming from a software development/software engineering background
• Experience with DevOps practices and principles
• Experience working with large/multiple developer teams with a heavy focus on devops practices and automation
•  Understanding of practices, tooling and frameworks  with modern  programming languages such as c#/.net, java, node/react,
•  Strong communication skills, with a product development mindset. 

Some additional nice to have skills

• Experience as a team lead, development lead, business analyst or staff/principal engineer
• Experience with platform engineering or large scale automation of developer focused processes
