Technical Lead -Node/ React/ AWS/ Kotlin

About the Opportunity
  
As a Technical Lead this role will see you working within a high-performing Engineering team.
  
You will help develop complex Full-stack applications within a Event-Driven Architecture sitting on an AWS CI/CD pipeline. In addition you will love being hands-on ( 30%) 20-30% hands-on and managing Pull Requests, coaching, mentoring, driving delivery, performance reviews, etc.
About You
  
You will need to have an established background in developing customer focused solutions (ideally from an enterprise), a strong technical ability, great communication skills, a motivation to achieve results in a fast-paced environment, a high level of creativity, great analytical reasoning skills, and, of course, a passion for the tech!

About your Talents

• Solid full-stack development experience using Node,  React , Typescript- Kotlin a bonus.
• Very strong design, architecture & mentoring experience
• Hands-on experience on Event-driven, Microservices & Serverless Architecture
• Experience within an AWS environment
