- Strong Jira confluence knowledge
- Excellent facilitation skills

- Team organisation of software Engineers
- Email or messaging notifications
- Facilitate sessions with technical teams – guide teams to refine requirements (tech reviews).
- Facilitating the backlog story grooming and backlog readiness.
- Liaison for tech team and business for clarifications including story kickoffs, cross-team alignment sessions with teams or BAs as required
- Creating epics based on features.
- Jira hygiene within stories and defects including ensuring acceptance criteria, architectural considerations and requirements are clear to all team members.
- Facilitates and documents outcomes from initiative discussion with business and technical stakeholders
