Senior Product Manager

As the Senior Product Manager, you will work closely with the Head of Product and this companies talented team to drive innovation, working on a mix of existing products in market and new initiatives. You will be an ambassador for the thousands of customers and through a deep understanding of them, know what features we should provide to when and which experiences will ultimately provide the most value. This is an exciting time to join a fast growing SaaS and with a business that continues heavy investment back into its core platform and product. 
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Work closely with all members of our team including Engineering & Tech; UX/UI Design, Customer Success
  • Refine and execute the product strategy to continually develop our products and their features 
  • Spend time with our customers and stakeholders and third party suppliers, building knowledge and key relationships.
  • Be responsible for the roadmap across all product channels
  • Deliver value using agile and lean methods – we believe in testing and validating ideas quickly.

About You:

You love being the glue of a team and are motivated, upbeat, customer and team centric. You have experience and evidence in scaling a product to success, with multiple years in product roles in either B2B or B2B2C SaaS offerings. In addition to this: 

  • You’ve got minimum of five (5) years in SaaS software product delivery role. 
  • You’ve got proven Agile and/or Lean experience within cross-functional delivery teams
  • You can talk to how you have improved engagement, retention, and increased client acquisition, having made a product ‘sticky’.
  • Leadership is key. You have a track record of empowering and inspiring product teams to success, and you can provide examples.
  • You have an obsession with analytics and data-driven measurement to inform decision making
  • You also have a passion for people, and you can describe how speaking directly to our clients would be part of your product process.
  • You encourage curiosity and empower your teams to run their own experiments wherever possible.
  • You can demonstrate how you have taken ownership of the whole client experience when shipping features. You understand the lifecycle of clients within the product as a whole – from acquisition to churn and return.
