We are seeking a Senior Designer to join a forward-thinking Digital & Customer Experience team. This role focuses on enhancing the customer value proposition within our client app and site, helping users realise the full benefits of their services.


About the Role:


Join an existing team dedicated to improving the ‘Loyalty’ experience within their app and site. This product is already in the market, and we need your strategic and creative expertise to shape its future. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, creative product design, and data-driven decision-making.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Define the future state of the customer loyalty experience with a strategic lens.
  • Execute high-quality creative and product design work.
  • Utilise metrics and data to quantify and back up design decisions.
  • Manage stakeholders effectively, collaborating closely with the Marketing team and other business units.
  • Help define the roadmap and play a key role in executing the work.
  • Engage in co-branding exercises with third-party partners 

Preferred Experience:

  • Strong portfolio showcasing the ability to execute UI work with a creative touch.
  • Experience in strategic design and product execution.
  • Native app design experience is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Proven ability to use data points to support design decisions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
