Our client; an enterprise company is currently looking for a Senior Platform Engineer on a contract basis to join a Platform Engineering team supporting a number of delivery teams across Software and Data. This will be based in Melbourne OR Sydney with hybrid expectations of 2 days a week in office.
Skills/Experience
- Strong experience with AWS and core services, including serverless & ECS
- Experience with IAC tooling such as Cloudformation or CDK
- Experience with AWS best practices around scalability, load balancing & troubleshooting
- Experience with CI/CD tooling; ideally with Github Actions.
- Experience with AWS Cloud security.
- Python and Bash scripting
- Experience with Python development would be beneficial
