About the Opportunity
As a Senior Software Engineer, this role will see you working within a high-performing Engineering team. By introducing Apache Flink to the team they are adding Java to an existing Ruby team.
You will help develop complex back-end engineering centered around data processing, event-streaming, data ingestion – as well as new product features. All within a mature AWS environment. In addition you will drive the design and architecture across multiple feature teams, and mentor other Engineers.
About You
You will need to have an established background in developing customer focused solutions (ideally from a product/tech start-up), a strong technical ability, great communication skills, a motivation to achieve results in a fast-paced environment, a high level of creativity, great analytical reasoning skills, and, of course, a passion for the tech!
