Our client is a growing FinTech Scale-up which is scaling both locally and overseas. They’re on the lookout for an experienced Senior iOS Developers to help raise their team and platform to the next level.
You will be experienced working in cross-functional teams, Agile/Lean environments and have a strong understanding of product delivery, best practices, and love all things Android!
About the role:
- As an iOS engineer, you will be responsible for implementing the customer facing iOS app.
- It’s a greenfield project, so you will be building a brand new app for a new region
- You will collaborate directly with a wide range of partners like engineers, designers and product managers.
- You will join a cross functional team that maintains its own backend
- Champion design and code reviews.
About you:
You have experience either leading or being part of a team that has shipped *quality* native mobile apps. Moreover, you like getting things done, and care about how they get done. In addition to this, you have a strong product and customer focus, crave a strong tech culture, and enjoy writing good quality code. On top of this:
- You’re proactive and self-directed, identifying issues and opportunities ahead of time
- Comfortable working solo and handling the end-to-end development lifecycle
- You love working with talented teams to solve real-world problems for your customers
- A passion for TDD and building high quality products in a reusable way
- Previous experience building apps with SwiftUI
- Strong product thinking
- You’re not afraid to fail and have innovative ways to solve problems
- Experience with Agile Development
- Contribution to features in the backend
