About the Role You’ll be part of a close-knit, cross-functional team working on an internal back-of-house tool, collaborating directly with engineers, designers, and product managers. This is an opportunity to build out new products for international expansion using React, Tailwind, TypeScript, and cutting-edge AI tools like Claude LLM and v0.dev.
What You’ll Do:
- Build & optimise the front-end for a new product in an exciting new region
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Automate workflows and implement A/B & multivariate testing for continuous improvement
- Champion code quality through best practices like TDD and rigorous code reviews
- Innovate with AI and LLM to create user-focused, scalable solutions
About You:
- Strong experience building and shipping React applications, with a focus on performance and scalability
- Skilled in A/B testing, multivariate testing, and automation
- Experience working with AI/LLM technologies or strong interest in learning
- Comfortable in Agile/Lean environments and thrive in a fast-paced setting
- You love solving real-world problems and are proactive in identifying issues and opportunities
- Passionate about product thinking, writing clean code, and building high-quality, reusable solutions
