The Team
Join a dynamic group of people tasked with uplifting customer ID management and consent authorization. They are a forward-thinking organization committed to creating seamless user experiences across various products and services. As we expand our capabilities they’re seeking a Senior Experience Designer to play a pivotal role in shaping our future propositions in healthcare, insurance, and beyond.
  
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design efforts in navigating complex ecosystems related to customer identity management and consent authorization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions for centralizing consent management across diverse services and entities.
  • Dive into intricate environments, applying systemic thinking to ensure practical execution within large-scale projects.
  • Conduct thorough process mapping, working closely with solution architects and development teams to translate concepts into actionable designs.
  • Perform desk research and competitor analysis to identify industry best practices and inform design decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in senior-level Product or UX design roles, particularly in large complex environments.
  • Proficiency in process mapping and solution-oriented thinking, with a track record of successful project execution.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, including developers, product owners, and solution architects.
  • Strong understanding of consent patterns, privacy regulations, and data management practices, particularly in the financial and healthcare sectors.
  • Experience with UI design principles, though the role primarily focuses on UX, strategic discovery and storytelling.
