The role
As a Senior UX Designer, you will be responsible for leading the user experience design efforts for our Salesforce implementation project. Your primary focus will be on migrating their Call-centre CRM system from SAP to Salesforce, ensuring a seamless transition while maximizing usability, efficiency, and user satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements, define user journeys, and create intuitive designs that align with industry best practices and the company’s brand.
