The role
As a Senior UX Designer, you will be responsible for leading the user experience design efforts for our Salesforce implementation project. Your primary focus will be on migrating their Call-centre CRM system from SAP to Salesforce, ensuring a seamless transition while maximizing usability, efficiency, and user satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements, define user journeys, and create intuitive designs that align with industry best practices and the company’s brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the UX design efforts for the Salesforce implementation project, specifically focused on migrating the Call-centre CRM system from SAP to Salesforce.
  • Conduct user research, including user interviews, usability testing, and analysis of user feedback, to gain insights into user needs, pain points, and behaviours.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and developers to understand business requirements and translate them into user-centered design solutions.
  • Create and iterate on user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to effectively communicate design concepts and ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Develop and maintain design guidelines, pattern libraries, and style guides to ensure consistency across the Salesforce implementation and adhere to our company’s brand standards.
  • Conduct regular design reviews and gather feedback from stakeholders to refine designs and ensure alignment with project goals and user needs.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs, providing design specifications, assets, and guidance throughout the development process.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX design, and proactively propose innovative solutions to enhance the user experience and drive continuous improvement.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior UX designers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.
