Senior Digital Business Analyst

This role will be sitting within a delivery team and working alongside a product managers on new product development from process to discover and definition and then through to delivery.

This role will suit someone who has experience working on scoping projects and partnering with domain architects and designers to shape solution designs.

You are enthusiastic and passionate about innovation and passionate about energy transition. You will also have the following:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in technology-focused projects, with a strong track record of successful delivery.
• Exceptional ability to facilitate workshops, engage stakeholders, and gather requirements effectively.
• Iteration Management experience
• Familiarity with API’s and enhancing customer experiences.
• Proficiency in process mapping techniques, both As-Is and To-Be, to drive process improvement and innovation.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban, and experience working in Agile development environments.
