Join our Client’s team as a Senior Digital Architect and take the lead in designing cutting-edge solutions that drive their Loyalty & Rewards Programme. You’ll play a key role in transforming digital initiatives and ensuring technology solutions align with their strategic pillars: Customer Advocacy, Platforms for the Future, and Protect.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead delivery teams, translating business needs into innovative tech solutions.
- Collaborate to standardize practices and enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure alignment with Enterprise Architecture roadmap.
- Uphold high standards for solutions across Customer Marketing Platforms.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical leadership.
What they’re Looking For:
- Expertise in Solution Architecture within Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Salesforce CRM.
- Experience with Adobe Audience Manager and Contact Centre channels is a plus.
- Strong leadership skills, Agile/DevOps knowledge, and a growth mindset.
- Hands-on experience with diverse solutions, including SaaS architecture.
Please note this is a 6 months contract position with hybrid working arrangement: 2 days WFH/ 3 days in their Melbourne office.
