About the Position:
The business is going through a significant transformation in how they engage with customers, aiming to exceed expectations at every touchpoint. As a Senior Content Designer, you’ll step into a pivotal role during this transformative phase, working closely with the cross functional team to drive the sales and acquisition mission forward. Your focus will be on supporting and executing initiatives, fostering strong relationships, and advocating for the customer at every turn.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Create written content designed to convert, enhancing our most valuable online sales journeys.
  • Spearhead acquisition metrics through strategic content ideation and execution. Maintain and develop brand guidelines and voice.
  • Utilize customer-centric design thinking, leveraging analytics and testing to optimize content for customer acquisition and retention.
  • Collaborate with the optimisation and personalisation manager to support the growth of our CRO function. Manage relationships with external agencies and internal design resources when necessary.


  • Significant experience operating as a Senior Content Designer 
  • Proven experience crafting and delivering content in a sales-focused role or business environment centered on sales and acquisition.
  • Tertiary qualification or industry experience in marketing, design, communications, or a related field.
  • Strong writing skills, capable of quickly developing content that is fit for purpose.
  • Experience in a UX/CX environment with design-centered thinking.
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Proven experience in developing content strategies.
  • Experience working in multi-disciplinary teams and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Depending on your expertise, you should possess expert or emerging skills in process and communication tools like Asana, Slack, Jira, Confluence, GSuite, and GitHub.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent stakeholder and verbal communication skills, and the ability to present content work across multiple business areas, with a willingness to accept feedback.
