Our client is one of Australia’s most “trusted brands” and a very successful retail giant.
This is a newly created position for a Senior Business Analyst to join the Martech team in the discovery phase of a new program of work within retail media.
This project is a key initiative and requires a highly competent Senior Business Analyst who is confident in working across a variety of stakeholders – both internal and external.
You must be comfortable with being self-sufficient and be able to establish a Business Analysis way of working to achieve the stated objectives with the Project Team.
Must have skills and experience:
· MarTech experience ideal, or, digital experience (specifically asset and content management)
· Understand the Non-Functional Requirements of Data Privacy and Data Governance, User Access Management, and Cyber Security.
Essential Skills:
· Strong process mapping capability: must be able to map data flows and activities across multiple systems and business units.
· Proactive workshop coordination and set up, with strong workshop facilitation and leadership skills.
· Ability to build collaborative working relationships with variety of program stakeholders from tech, digital & data teams and key areas of the business e.g. Marketing and maybe Merch
· Ability to gasp business/marketing and technical concepts
Desirables the candidate can have but not critical:
· Marketing Operations knowledge, including Marketing Resource Management.
· Technical BA knowledge regarding Website and App technologies, such as Sitecore
CMS, Google Tag Management and Customer Data Platforms.
· Creating personas and customer journeys across multiple channels and touchpoints from Awareness through to Conversion.
This role requires at least 5 years experience within a similar role.
