The role

• Facilitate business process and solution design workshops, working with a variety of technical and business stakeholders.
• Drive the creation of success factors that will be used to measure the outcomes of the pilot & proof of value activities. This includes defining ‘what’ we measure, and ‘how’ we measure success.
• Collaborate with other in-flight initiatives to leverage existing work (where applicable) and align on concurrent activities.
• Creation of user flows, journeys and documentation (where required).
• Contribute to the success of the overall project by identifying risks and issues and escalating as required, providing input into the regular status reporting and ensuring project timelines are met.

Skills required
JIRA, Confluence, MIRO, Glean AI tool, You will think outside the box.
Be a team collaborator and come up with ideas. Be a love of technology, know AI and can engage stakeholders.
