The Role:
As a vital contributor to the customer revolution, you will spearhead projects of strategic importance and delve into design research pertaining to the companies digital experiences. Your role will involve facilitating insights that continually enhance product and service offerings, making a significant impact on the health and well-being of their diverse customer base.
Day to day:
- Define customer needs and behaviours in collaboration with product teams, sponsors, and stakeholders.
- Ethically understand customer needs through intent and behavior analysis.
- Advocate for the customer’s voice in product development.
- Apply both quantitative and qualitative research approaches effectively.
- Ensure research methods extract accurate insights.
- Drive and manage research planning and associated activities for each project.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Over 5 years – applied behavioural insights, showcasing work through case studies.
- 1 year – working with Research Repositories.
- Proficiency in planning, scoping, recruiting, conducting, analyzing, reporting, and communicating research independently.
- Extensive experience with various online research platforms on desktop, mobile, and tablet devices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, articulating complex information concisely.
- Advanced degree in social science, psychology/behavioural science, UX design, anthropology, or related field.
- Specialist knowledge of design thinking methodologies, including ethnography, workshop facilitation, and ideation.
- Expertise in remote or online user testing, advanced UX research methods, experimental design, and data analysis.
