  • Working with AEM’s templating system (HTL/Sightly) to create scalable and maintainable components.
  • Collaborating closely with designers, engineers, and stakeholders to implement features using AEM’s out-of-the-box functionality.
  • Optimising site performance and ensuring adherence to SEO and web accessibility (WCAG) standards.
  • Integrating front-end components with RESTful APIs where required, using Java or JavaScript.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Proven experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), particularly in building components and working within its ecosystem.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript (including ES6 features), HTML5, CSS3, Sass, and jQuery, with a strong understanding of semantic structure and best practices.
  • Familiarity with HTL/Sightly templating language and AEM workflows.
  • Experience with UI library and design system integrations specific to AEM.
  • Knowledge of SEO and web performance optimisation tools (e.g., YSlow, PageSpeed).
  • Understanding of web accessibility (WCAG) and experience implementing features like semantic HTML, ARIA roles, and keyboard navigation.
  • Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React.
  • Proficiency with version control workflows (branching, merging, pull requests).

Why Join Us?

  • Work on a transformative project leveraging AEM’s full potential to uplift and modernise our website.
  • Collaborate in a supportive, hybrid work environment that values technical excellence and innovation.
  • Be part of a team focused on delivering scalable, accessible, and optimised web experiences.
