The Release Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining Change and Release Management service levels, to refine processes that identify, control, maintain and verify all changes and releases in controlled environments.
Process Coordination
- Provide and maintain a coordinated and effective Change and Release Management service.
- Maintain and schedule activities for the development and deployment of technology changes into the non-production and production environments.
- Gather information and track status of all change requests and release implementations.
- Ensure the change and release policy and processes are adhered to in the release of all. changes into all environments.
- Ensure process, procedure and work instruction documentation for Change and
- Relationship Management
Build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience
- At least 2 to 3 years’ experience in Change and Release Management processes.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the ITIL best practice framework.
- Understanding of SDLC and best practice frameworks.
- ServiceNow experience
This is an initial 6 month contract with potential to extend.
