Responsibilities:
- Support end of month and interim reporting for Enterprise Delivery Portfolio PMO.
- Support monthly Work Intake & Governance Forum reporting and preparation of presentation materials.
- Maintain Portfolio RAIDs and risks within the risk management system (Archer).
- Support Program/Project Managers with Steering Committee and Working Group administration activities.
- Support Program/Project Managers and Portfolio Leads in setting up and maintaining projects in EPMO system (Clarizen).
- Support Resource and Financial management for the Portfolio.
Skills & Capabilities:
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work with stakeholders at various levels of seniority.
- Ability to capture accurate minutes and actions.
- Experience in PMO function supporting a complex portfolio of projects in an admin capacity.
- Good understanding of Project reporting standards, practices, approach and techniques.
- Experience in scheduling Project management events (e.g. Steering Committee meetings, Working Groups, Sponsor briefings etc.)
- Exposure to PMO function in a Superannuation fund or similar financial institution would be an advantage,
- Exposure to Clarizen (EPMO application) and/or Archer (Risk Management application) would be highly regarded.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications including Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
