About the Role
A leading enterprise business is looking for a Product Owner – Acquisition to drive customer growth through digital channels. This role is crucial in shaping acquisition strategies, optimising conversion rates, and enhancing the digital sales funnel for a brand serving over 4 million customers. You’ll work cross-functionally to refine customer journeys, leverage data insights, and ensure seamless online acquisition experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital acquisition strategies to drive customer growth and improve conversion rates.
- Own and refine the digital sales funnel, optimising performance through testing, data analysis, and customer insights.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Digital Sales teams to align acquisition initiatives with business goals.
- Define and manage the product roadmap, ensuring initiatives are effectively prioritised and delivered on time.
- Monitor key performance metrics, analyse data, and iterate on strategies to maximise acquisition efficiency.
- Ensure all acquisition activities comply with regulatory and business requirements.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in digital product ownership, with a focus on customer acquisition and conversion optimisation.
- Strong understanding of digital sales funnels, CRO strategies, and cost-to-acquire efficiencies.
- Ability to leverage data-driven insights to refine acquisition strategies and improve performance.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Customer-first mindset with expertise in web and app-based acquisition journeys.
The Right Profile
- Experience in customer acquisition at scale within a large enterprise or high-growth environment.
- 1-2 years of dedicated product management or ownership experience
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive measurable results.
