Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and lead the product strategy and roadmap for key areas of the business. Align your teams around a shared vision and ensure smooth execution of that vision.
• Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of product managers. You’ll help them grow their skills, define their own roadmaps, and deliver results that make a tangible impact on customers.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with key stakeholders, including engineering, marketing, and design teams, to ensure alignment and integration across all touch points of the product experience.
• Customer-Centric Focus: Advocate for the customer in every decision. Use data to track user engagement, customer satisfaction, and other key metrics to optimise product performance.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure product delivery meets timelines and quality expectations. You’ll leverage analytics to drive continuous improvement in product functionality and user experience.
