What kind of designer are you?
Ideally you’re a UX / UI / Product Designer that can experiment with small changes to site/apps and monitor the difference that can make from a conversion perspective. You will then be able to communicate the value certain changes will make to the business. You’ll need to be capable across end-to-end product design, strong with A/B testing and have great stakeholder management skills.
