About the role
– Lead full stack development projects, including advanced frontend solutions utilising frameworks like Angular and React, as well as backend services developed in Node, C# and .Net Core.
– Demonstrate a robust sense of code ownership and quality, managing the technical aspects throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC).
– Provide technical guidance and support in troubleshooting and optimising products and services across multiple cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, and GCP.
– Mentor and manage a team of developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and cross-skilling across different areas of the software development process.
– Serve as a key technical liaison for clients, facilitating clear communication and ensuring client requirements and expectations are met.
About you
– Proven experience in leading development projects and technical teams in a consulting environment.
– Advanced knowledge of web technologies including HTTP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a solid understanding of frontend frameworks like Angular and React.
– Extensive experience in backend development using NodeJS, Typescript, C#, and .Net Core, particularly with API development.
– Strong expertise in deploying and managing applications across multiple cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, and GCP, with familiarity in cloud services and DevOps practices.
– Strong capability in designing and implementing end-to-end test automation strategies.
– Experience in working and leading within an agile development environment, with exceptional communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, external stakeholders, and clients.
– Leadership qualities that inspire team confidence and respect while motivating team members creatively and effectively, coupled with a client-focused approach to foster long-term relationships.
