The role:
Our client is a leading Australian & International Organisation embarking on an exciting new chapter for their Architecture Practice.
The Enterprise Architect – Customer & Engagement leads the enterprise architecture domain space for capabilities that enable how our client acquires, recognises, understands and assures relationships with customers of all types. This includes platform capabilities for enterprise-wide CRM, identity and consent the 360 customer view, customer experience (e.g. NPS) and platforms for marketing and personalisation.
The successful role holder will bring a combination of consulting and architecture skills to develop capability and technology target states that fit the needs.
