About the Role
A digital agency is seeking a skilled Digital Specialist to act as an internal consultant, ensuring high-quality insights and reporting for paid advertising campaigns while enhancing data integration across multiple services. This role will be crucial in optimising digital strategies, refining reporting frameworks, and supporting pitches with data-backed insights.
This agency supports a healthy work-life balance – they work a hybrid (2 in office, 3 from home) working model and not the kind of place that ask for significant un-paid overtime.
Key Responsibilities
• Campaign Insights & Reporting – Enhance the quality of reports for paid advertising campaigns and provide actionable insights to internal teams and clients.
• Data Integration – Ensure effective integration of data from various digital channels to create a cohesive view of performance.
• Strategy Development – Collaborate with internal teams to develop digital marketing strategies that align with client goals.
• Pitch & Pre-Sales Support – Contribute to new business pitches with strong, data-driven digital strategies.
• Internal Consultancy – Act as the go-to expert for digital and data-related decision-making across the business.
What We’re Looking For
• Strong background in digital marketing, data analysis, and performance reporting.
• Strong experience in a strategy role, for an agency (must have)
• Proficient in tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM data, and other performance tracking tools.
• Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Experience working across various marketing services and integrating insights from paid media, SEO, and broader digital strategies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to internal teams and clients.
