Delivery Lead

Bring your delivery leadership skills to the household name and help delivery large program of works within the Ultitlies space.

The delivery lead will support the delivery manager in guiding and leading cross functional teams and drive quality product development through delivery expertise.
You will lead one squad of 7-8 people and help build out new products.
We are looking for delivery leads who have a proven track record of leading and delivering projects on time and in budget.

What skills are required

• Strong Delivery lead experience- we are looking for a strong delivery leader not someone who is methodology focused.
• Experience managing technical teams ( software engineers)
• Ability to implement modern software development practices ( TDD, BDD, pair programming, CI/ CD
• Excellent leadership skills
• Ability to build high performing teams and scale
• Experience managing geographically separated teams
