Business Analyst- Jira Configuration

The Role
You will be responsible for the continuing support of the Atlassian suite of products, as well as taking a leading role in our Jira Refresh initiative. 
  
You will work with Technology senior leaders and subject matter experts to design a set of suitable Jira “patterns” These patterns must result in a reduced ‘run’ workload for the Atlassian team, as well as delivering domain level velocity reporting to Technology senior leaders. Your challenge will be to deliver these outcomes, while maintaining the culture of team autonomy and experimentation.
  
Key Responsibilities
Jira Refresh

• Work with domain delegates to design and implement a consistent Jira pattern for capture of planned work in each technology domain
• Design and implement velocity reporting for each technology domain
• Align work in teams with over-arching strategic objectives (where required)
• Provide expert advice on Jira best practice and agile ways of working
• Reduce the complexity and customisations on Jira platform
• Identify manual workload for automation

Must have 

• 2 years’ experience managing all aspects of the Atlassian suite (Jira Cloud, Confluence, Advanced Roadmaps and Statuspage) and marketplace add-ons
• Ability to recognise the diverse needs of senior stakeholders and synthesise into Jira best practice
• Experience implementing domain level velocity reporting, to facilitate productivity and resource decision making
• Ability to influence teams in ‘ways of working’ and agile practices
