The role:

Our client is a leading Australian & International Organisation embarking on an exciting new chapter for their Architecture Practice.

The Architecture Practice Manager role is a newly-created position focused on managing and developing the architecture practice, with no direct people management responsibilities but significant influence across the architectural team. It will have a strong emphasis on architecture strategy, governance, staffing, and ensuring  high architectural standards are met across the enterprise.

Your background:

• Strong background as a Architecture Practice Manager/Lead, Senior Architect, Head of Architecture, etc.
• Background in software engineering, technical architecture, or platform engineering
• Strong experience in practice management and governance
• Highly-developed stakeholder management skills along with coaching and influencing
• Architecture tooling: Ardoq, LucidChart, ServiceNow, Draw.io, etc.
